Real estate closings are usually set at $750.00, plus $250.00 for the title search, and $250.00 for document preparation for the seller. These quotes do not include delivery charges, title insurance and binder. Real estate legal services may be bid at reduced rates by potential clients, for our consideration, depending on our availability and work load at the proposed closing time. We have a  long bid form and short bid form. A completed long form bid is more likely to be accepted because its use significantly reduces our information gathering expense.
